A studio for honest pictures.
Hicks Photo is a documentary-style studio for people who would rather be photographed naturally than over-directed. Portraits, lifestyle, families, and events all receive the same patient attention.
The style is quiet and observational, with enough guidance to make the session feel comfortable and enough space for real moments to happen.
Sessions happen on location or at the studio on West 38th Street. Wherever we land, the goal doesn't change: unhurried time, honest light, and photos built to be printed and kept, not lost somewhere in your camera roll.
Hicks Photo LLC is the public studio name. The West 38th Street address is the operational and customer-service location in Savannah, Georgia. Formation jurisdiction is not published on this site because it has not been independently verified beyond the LLC name and Georgia governing-law clause already in the Terms.
We photograph Savannah and the Lowcountry by appointment. Travel farther is quoted in writing. There is no walk-in retail counter and no live card form on this website.

The studio

The studio is available for portraits and headshots, and it is also home base for planning on-location sessions. Visits are by appointment.
